After getting together my fiber, spindle and a how to spin book last week, I set about to create my first handspun. My first two attempts turned out as tangled messes. It takes a few tries to figure out how to spin the spindle properly, and how to pre-draft and draft the fiber. When I was just about ready to give up, I watched some videos on i can spin, tried it again and it clicked! I finished my first skein in one day. Now I’m addicted, as if I really needed one more fiber addiction. I’m about half way done with my second skein already
